RULES
General Rules
To create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules. If you witness behavior that violates these rules, please @mention or send a direct message to an available Staff member.
Be respectful and accepting
No instances of personal attacks, disrespect, exclusion, harassment, slurs, doxing, excessive swearing, or arguments should occur here. Treat everyone as if they are equal. Do not try to act like a Staff member or as if you have staffing ability if you do not have the role. This includes pestering others for personal information such as age. Additionally, do not try to trick other server members into breaking these rules.
Avoid NSFW or controversial content
Avoid conversations about sexual activities, drugs, human indecencies, politics, religion, or anything else that can be considered controversial. NSFW avatars, links, audio files, or images are also strictly prohibited.
Do not spam
Avoid excessive and/or unnecessary messages, caps lock, emojis, text walls, spoiler messages, chains, images, and @mentions. This includes unwarranted tags and derailing conversations. Remember that when you are replying to an old message, it pings the owner of the message by default. Turn this off so that you do not ping people who are not in chat currently.
Use an appropriate name and profile picture
Avoid using names that intrude on the chat through special characters, long length, or excessive emojis. Additionally, avoid offensive names and profile pictures. Impersonation is not allowed either. This rule applies to the entire profile: display name, username, profile picture, banner, bio, status, and pronouns section
Listen to our Staff team
Attempting to bypass our Staff team's decisions in any case is not allowed. Keep complaints or worries about Staff members to direct messages with Head Staff members. Bans can be appealed using the form linked below.
BANS
Generally, breaking rules will result in a verbal warning, followed by a recorded warning with ProBot. After we see a repeated pattern of breaking rules through multiple warnings, we decide to ban. However, punishment will inevitably vary from case to case depending on severity, context, and more. We try our best to keep it as consistent as possible across the board, though. If you have been banned, warned, or muted and believe your punishment was unfair, please use our appeal form.
